• Managing acute and chronic conditions and implementing rapid responses to these changing clinical conditions are an integral part of what we do every day.
• We utilize a nationally recognized treat-in-place model called INTERACT 4.0, which encompasses physician-directed clinical pathways. This enables us to quickly implement medical modalities such as IV therapy,high flow oxygen, stat labs, x-rays and other treatment options, all of which we can provide in-facility and helps to prevent unnecessary transfers back to the hospital.
