Success Story: Thomas O.

Thomas O. was admitted to Norton’s Hospital in Louisville following a heart attack. From there, Thomas chose to rehab at Springfield Nursing and Rehab because of our Cardiac Care Program. He needed a facility that could not only meet his care needs, but also facilitate his use of a life vest. We were able to do both!

Our Cardiac Care Program is designed to meet the individual’s needs based on his or her cardiac diagnosis. We push patient-centered care with a focus on improving overall health, reducing risk of re-hospitalization, and moving patients through the rehabilitation process to return home as quickly as possible.

Thomas could not be happier with his rehab experience. He is thankful for the nursing and therapy staff that pushed and encouraged him each and every day.
