On behalf of National Doctor’s Day on March 30th, we would like to thank Dr. Haddad and Nurse Practitioner Johnathon Ennis for their ongoing care, compassion and dedication to our residents. We are truly blessed with a great team here at Springfield Nursing and Rehabilitation!

We will also be celebrating National Social Workers Month and would like to thank our Social Services Director, Sheila Mann for 24 years of service and advocacy for our residents! You Rock Sheila!!
