Therapy Success

Cathy E. admitted to Springfield Nursing and Rehab on January 5th following a hospitalization due to a fall at home. Cathy was weak and unable to return home to her prior level of functioning. She chose SNRC from her hometown for her recovery needs. In just 10 days Cathy was able to return home to her loving husband and dog.
