Once our Family, ALWAYS our Family!

We were pleased to see that Martha S. once again chose Springfield Nursing and Rehab for her post-acute care needs!

Martha rehabbed with us in February 2018 following a surgery, making this the second time she has successfully returned home following a rehab stay with us. Our in-house therapy team helped Martha return home in just under three weeks!

Martha is a well-known member of the community, as she owns her own tax service company and has been preparing taxes in our community for over 30 years. She discharged home just in time to continue doing what she loves. Martha says she will continue to use her “hometown facility” for any/all future rehabilitation needs.

“I must say I am very proud of Springfield Nursing and Rehab,” Martha said. “They were amazing and helped me get back to work quickly.”
